“Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.
Payment:
UK /N. Ireland customers can pay by debit/credit card and Paypal. Outside the UK customers can only pay by first contacting Hart Photography Ltd. Delivery will only occur after full payment has been received and cleared. Payment includes VAT shipping & packaging. Payments are only accepted in pounds sterling (in the event that goods are paid for in another currency, Paypal will automatically convert the amount to pounds sterling ready to be accepted by Hart Photography Ltd.
Prices:
All prices currently shown on The Archive of Hart Photography Ltd. website include VAT and delivery costs.
Shipping charges: Prints to UK/N.Ireland are sent by Royal Mail. Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world will be by the most cost efficient method available at the time of sending. Prints and Canvas Wraps will be delivered to the address submitted by the buyer on the order form in the website. Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the print or canvas wrap and therefore responsible for any loss or damage. A buyer must refuse to take delivery of the print or canvas wrap if damage is evident on arrival. If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the print or canvas wrap for any reason other than evident damage, then expenses incurred by the seller for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund. The maximum delivery time within the UK is 30 days.
Cancellations / Returns
Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a full refund or replacement. If this occurs, please contact us immediately with the status of your goods, we will need to see a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will process the refund or replacement as soon as we receive the returned items. If the damage was the shipper's fault, we will reimburse you for the shipping too so please save a receipt and send it to us for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs you incur. Please refuse delivery if the item appears damaged on arrival.
How do I cancel my order?
If you place an order and then decide you would like to cancel, please inform us the same day. If you cancel the order before it is printed, you will receive a full refund. If however, you want to cancel your order after the merchandise has been printed and sent you must send back the item(s) at your own expense and we will refund you the total, minus shipping, when the item returns in its original condition. You have seven days to return the item from the date of delivery.

All copyright for items supplied on The Archive of Hart Photography Ltd. website are and will remain the property of Hart Photography Ltd. Any infringement on these rights will be pursued vigorously. The copyright for all photographs, images and digital art remains with the artist/seller; the buyer is purchasing a print or canvas wrap and NOT the right to produce prints for publication.
Miscellaneous:
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the product information and prices without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights. All care and attention is taken to ensure full accuracy in documenting product size and colour, however small deviations may occur.
